Once we receive your form, we will get back to you as soon as possible and invite you to an online preliminary meeting. During this meeting, we will discuss your needs, goals, and expectations together in detail.

2. Signing the Contract and Protocol

Following the preliminary meeting, we will present a tailored service proposal prepared specifically for your company. Upon your approval, a formal protocol is signed between your company and Tarsus University, alongside a service agreement with TRade-TR. This step establishes both the legal and institutional foundation of our partnership.

3. Advisor Appointment

Once the agreements are in place, we identify the consultant profile that best matches your needs, industry, and target market. The consultant assigned to you will be your sole point of contact throughout the entire process, handling all coordination on your behalf.

4. Providing the Service

From the moment your consultant begins, work commences in line with the agreed scope of services. Regular progress reports are shared throughout the process, strategies are updated when needed, and we remain by your side until the targeted commercial outcomes are achieved.
