According to EU data, the “gross minimum wage” in Turkey will be 613 euros in January 2024. The country with the highest gross monthly minimum wage in Europe is Luxembourg (2,571 euros). This is followed by Ireland (2,146 euros), the Netherlands (2,70 euros) and Germany (2,54 euros). The country with the lowest minimum wage is Albania with 385 euro. Just above it are Bulgaria (477 euro), Montenegro (533 euro) and Serbia (544 euro). Turkey ranks fifth after these countries.
